I believe good treatment starts with looking at the whole picture. We are far more than the symptoms we experience, and sometimes making sense of those connections is the first step towards feeling better.

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have a particular interest in women’s health but work with all bodies, taking time to unpick what’s going on and work with you towards progress.

I trained at the City College of Acupuncture, completing over 400 hours of clinical practice and a first-class, degree-level Licentiate, with postgraduate training in cosmetic acupuncture and acupuncture for Fertility and IVF support.

I’m a member of the British Acupuncture Council, with safety and professional standards at the heart of my practice. I’m also a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network and currently the only AFN-registered acupuncturist in Suffolk and Norfolk.
